TRAINING POST PANDEMIC

A lot has changed in the last eighteen months. It has made my colleagues and I at Tinson Training think long and hard about what we should change and what stays the same.

The biggest single change has been the explosion in video communication by whatever means – Zoom, Teams, FaceTime and others too numerous to mention. While Tinson Training is steadily returning to the bespoke onsite training for which we are well known the virtual world of meeting and communication is not going away anytime soon.

We now offer our popular Electrical Awareness course as a Livestream online course making it more accessible for businesses with only a few, or perhaps just one delegate. For all courses now invoicing, feedback, documentation and certificates are digital, a small step on the road to net zero. It has also improved the quality and carbon footprint of our communications, internally and externally. We have always been a geographically spread organisation, an asset when it comes to onsite training, but now we often meet virtually when getting in a car would otherwise be necessary. It also makes responding to clients who want to discuss course details and timing quicker and easier – an hour in the office versus finding the best part of a day in the diary for a visit is no contest.

What is far easier to say is what stays the same.

That is the Tinson Training mission to provide electrical and plumbing training which is bespoke, onsite or online, engaging, up-skilling and safety conscious.
