Where enquiries are submitted to us via the website we will only use the information supplied to us to deal with the enquiry and any subsequent issues and to check on the level of service we provide.

Information Retained

When we have completed a training course a record will be kept of the attendees on the course, the date, the location of the training, the assessments score of the attendees. This information is retained for legal reasons as proof that training has been delivered to meet a statutory requirement. This information could be shared with an appropriate authority in the event of an enquiry related to potential breach of regulations. No other personal information of the attendees will be gathered or retained. We will keep the name, contact number and email of the course organiser on file as a business record. We will not send unrequested information to the course organiser without their consent.
