There is a restlessness in my character that will not let me sit back and rest on my laurels. Tinson Training has grown and prospered over its 12 year history and provided highly valued training to hundreds of clients, many of whom come back for more – 70% at last count. But it is not enough. I want Tinson Training to evolve continually in its approach to training and the way we do business. Put another way – we should always be looking for better ways of doing things.

We must pay more attention to our Green credentials, our contribution to a sustainable future. We will innovate to improve our service to clients and course attendees and reduce wasted time, consumables and travel. 2020 has already seen us introduce Online training and many online client meetings, Online course completion tests and downloadable successful completion certificates. We will continue to develop our bespoke training philosophy across both Online and Onsite methods.

Looking ahead I am considering how we could provide longer term support for course attendees, how to create effective simulation training and other ways by which our ‘audience’ can access ‘the stuff they need to know’ Online and Onsite.

One thing that is absolutely certain is that Tinson Training will not stand still.
